🏥 Unicam Clinic — corporate website + internal system

A website for Unicam — a modern medical center with its own departments, a team of doctors, and several independent projects. The client plans to scale and needed a flexible, technological website that can grow together with the business.

❗️ The problem

The previous Unicam website was built long ago and no longer met the actual needs of the clinic:

• outdated and unattractive design;
• a very heavy MODX admin panel that was difficult for managers to use;
• complete lack of modern features: no proper service catalog, no doctor profiles, no quick contact form;
• it was impossible to implement future plans — doctors’ cabinet, process automation, real-time availability statuses, convenient content management.

In short: the website slowed down the growth of the clinic.

⭐️ Results after development

Unicam received a completely new system consisting of two parts:

1. Public website on Django
   A modern fast website with catalogs, landing pages, forms, videos, SEO and a convenient structure.
2. Separate doctors’ cabinet built with Flask
   Where each doctor can independently set their availability status Available / Busy, synchronized with tablets near cabinet doors and with the doctor profile pages.

📌 Performance

• old website: 2–3 seconds to load a page
• new website: ~0.04 seconds
  The difference is instant — users get an experience on the level of top digital services.

📌 Better UX and more inquiries

Now users can:

• Request a callback (form + Telegram notifications)
• Submit questions via a contact form with reCAPTCHA
• See a doctor’s real-time status (“Available” / “In appointment”)
• Easily find needed services, check prices, and navigate to specific departments

For managers:

• a brand-new admin panel, extremely simple and intuitive (Jazzmin)
• all content is editable without technical knowledge
• doctors manage their own status — no need to update it manually via MODX
