The new website for Unicam supports a modern medical center with multiple service lines, a growing doctor team, and several internal initiatives. The client was preparing to scale and needed a flexible, future-ready platform that could evolve with the business.

❗️ The challenge

The previous Unicam website no longer matched the clinic's real operational needs:

• outdated visual style and weak first impression;
• a heavy MODX admin panel that slowed down managers;
• no modern user flows: no clear service catalog, no doctor profiles, no fast contact path;
• no technical foundation for future plans - doctor dashboard, process automation, real-time status updates, and easier content operations.

In short, the old website was limiting growth.

⭐️ What we delivered

Unicam received a completely new digital system in two parts:

1. Public website on Django
   A modern, fast website with service catalogs, landing pages, forms, videos, SEO structure, and clear navigation.
2. Separate doctor dashboard on Flask
   Doctors can independently switch status Available / Busy, and this state syncs with both doctor pages and in-clinic tablets near office doors.

📌 Performance

• old website: 2-3 seconds page load
• new website: ~0.04 seconds
  The difference is immediate. Visitors now get a premium-level browsing experience.

📌 Better UX, higher lead flow

Now patients can:

• request a callback (form + Telegram alert)
• submit key questions via a protected form (reCAPTCHA)
• see doctor availability in real time
• quickly find services, pricing, and detailed direction pages

Managers now get:

• a completely new, clear admin panel (Jazzmin)
• easy content editing without technical skills
• less manual work, as doctors manage statuses themselves
